Camouflage in water has nearly become a need. Every single spearfisher wishes to have a personal colour specific for different fishing areas, every skin-diver would love to be "invisible" to fish eyes'… It would be great to have "a neoprene which can change its colour!"
Everyone knows for sure that this dream will not come true "in the
near future", then you need to choose colours which suits your habits, sea beds, fishing periods, etc.
We can break down camouflage wetsuits in two main groups:
- - Camouflage smoothskin wetsuits (very elastic but very fragile, too)
- - Camouflage lined wetsuits (strong and soft)
Therefore, everyone who wants a soft, warm but mostly strong wetsuit can choose between two colours:
- Grey-green camouflage: available only with cell on the inner side and thicknesses 3 mm/5 mm/6 mm
- Very soft microcell neoprene with anatomic cut, in standard sizes and Custom Made.
- Perfect for medium/deep depths (15/20 mt, 50/70 ft), excellent thermal insulation.
- Brown camouflage (stained in olive green- light brown - dark brown): available with:
- Internal cell - 3 mm/5 mm/6 mm/6,5 mm/7 mm
- Internal lined with elastic nylon - 2 mm/3 mm/5 mm
- Internal gold coating - 3 mm/5 mm/6 mm/6,5 mm
- Internal thermal plush - 3 mm/5 mm
- Microcell neoprene with anatomic cut, in standard sizes and Custom Made..
Perfect also for deep depths, thanks to the higher density of neoprene. It keeps a very good thermal insulation in time ad keeps trim in deep.
The different characteristics of the inner side of the wetsuits can satisfy every kind of need: from a better ease of dressing (gold coating) to an improved strength (internal lining with elastic nylon or thermal plush) combined to the possibility of using the wetsuits on both sides (double-face) with corresponding different colours (camouflage on the one side/green on the other side).
On request we can apply knee pads and chest pad for loading the arbalete. Furthermore you can customize your wetsuits by choosing to combine black parts to camouflage parts (without adding cuts which can reduce the elasticity and life of the wetsuit).

New materials, higher comfort and better thermal insulation for the wetsuits of the new generation.
This is a new type of neoprene we have specifically designed with our suppliers.
Main features:
- maximum elasticity (provided by the external Superstretch lining)
- strength (the lining is very elastic and highly resistant at the same time)
- thermal insulation (the special medium and high density neoprene provides a minimum compression in deep and lower thermal loss)
- close-fit (the “suction effect” of the new Black coating minimizes water infiltration)
- ease of dressing (the optimum slipperiness of the coating allows dressing the wetsuit without problems)
- no cuffs (with the inner rubber backings there is no need for smoothskin cuffs which reduce the life of the wetsuit and create problems during the wearing phase)
- quick drying (thanks to the very low water absorption rate, you can make frequent divings in rapid succession always wearing the same dried wetsuit)
- odourless (the inner coating does not absorb or hold bad smells)
All these features are combined with the usual anatomic or non-preformed design of Elios’ wetsuits in order to improve close-fit to every single movement of the body. All the models are available in black external colour at the moment, but you can ask for coloured seams.

BENTHOS and PELAGOS
The new wet-suits with camouflage-smoothskin ,designed and produced exclusively by Elios.
The new camouflage tchnique is applied directly on the smooth side (outside) and is capable to offer an incredible underwater “mimicry” and unbeatable variety of colours , perfect for every kind of spearfishing or freedriving attitudes.
We combined this features with an excellent wear and everlasting and softness.
BENTHOS is camouflaged with colours fit for classic spearfishing .....
..............while PELAGOS is the best for the so called “waiting” (mid-water) technique.

The two models can be made with every kind of smoothskin neoprene: smooth/nylon , smooth/cell,smooth/coated cell, smooth/superelastic lining , sandwich (smooth/lining cell ).
The thickness range between 2mm. and 7mm. for every model we produce (jacket+trousers , standard size or custom made )
What’s more , you can customize your wet-suit by choosing the colours according to your requirements for spearfishing or freediving.
In practice, every diver will be able to acquire a unique New Images wet-suit with the colours found in all the places where they dive and fish.
Large spots of colour alternate with dark and black areas; the colour brush strokes are very thin yet evident and in no way affect the elasticity of the material.
There are many versions in the New Images range and include image breakdown camouflage finishing on smooth external neoprene that can be matched with the following linings or types of neoprene:
Cell interior; standard nylon interior lining; thermal plush interior lining; super-elastic interior lining; interior with Gold coating; interior with Titanium coating; Sandwich Type (cell with central lining).
It is also possible to prepare versions with Green or Light Green Smoothskin,
exclusively with elastic interior lining.
The inspiration for the new type of camouflage design is the theory of image breakdown - a camouflage technique intended to break up the image of the diver by dividing the body into various parts alternating between black and camouflage patterns. These colour solutions are impressively effective and are brushed on to the smooth neoprene in random, irregular and unique patterns.
