Shoulder breadth with the tape measure over the shoulders, between the edges of humerus bones
Arm length:
Arm lenght with arm along the body, from the edge bone of the shoulder until the wrist bone
Chest circumference (man/woman):
Chest measurements under the armpit
Chest circumference (only woman):
Chest measurements on the breast
Crotch collarbone length:
Shoulder blade/ crotch length from top of spine below neck until anus
Waist circumference:
Take the circumference at the navel
Pelvis circumference:
Pelvis the circumference in the widest part above the buttoks
Thigh circumference:
Take the circumference in the widest high part of the thight
Calf circumference:
Take the circumference in the widest part of the calf
Ankle crotch length:
From the crotch until the upper part of the ankle bone
Head circumference:
Take the circumference of the forehead in the widest part and if possible send us a photo of face/neck profile to control
Neck circumference:
The circumference in the middle of the neck
Biceps circumference:
The circumference in the middle of the biceps
Forearm circumference:
In the widest part of the forearm
Wrist circumference:
In the smallest part of the wrist
Ankle circumference:
In the smallest part of the ankle
